What were the employees and/or owners like, and what kinds of interactions did you have with them? What particularly memorable exchanges or events do you remember? I was 4 years old and I went in to rent Ghostbusters 2, but they were all out... until this guy saw the disappointed look on my face and assured my father and I that he just returned a copy, so we asked the dude behind the counter and then managed to secure the rental for the evening.
What other services/products did the store offer besides the rental or sale of videos? Did this change over time? I don't remember.
What video formats did the store offer (i.e. VHS, Beta, Laserdisc)? Where were different formats kept in the store? Again, don't really remember. VHS for sure.
In addition to mainstream Hollywood movies, what other kinds of videotapes (for example children's, exercise, or X-rated) did the store rent/sell? Where were these videos found in the store, and how often did you rent or purchase them? I got a lot of children's videos out, I think. I remember getting Dangermouse out...

Is this store still open? If not, when did it close? I believe so. It was a couple of years ago. I don't live there anymore and haven't been there too recently.
