A tiny, hole in the wall place on piedmont, before it moved sometime in the mid 90s

do you remember?

Really cool folks, really knew their stuff

What other services/products did the store offer besides the rental or sale
of videos? Did this change over time?

VHS rental, Laserdisc Rental Laserdisc Player Rental

What video formats did the store offer (i.e. VHS, Beta, Laserdisc)? Where were
different formats kept in the store?

VHS, LASERDISC

In addition to mainstream Hollywood movies, what other kinds of videotapes
(for example children's, exercise, or X-rated) did the store rent/sell? Where were these

Rent at that time, befor I bought my own LD player, though once they moved and I'd bought a LD player both Rent and Buy

During the period that you shopped at this store, what changes did you see?

They moved up the street to a much better and biger location and earned a reputation as one of the East bay's BEST independent Video Stores

Is this store still open? If not, when did it close?

yes, but it moved

In your own words, tell the story of your first VCR/video player. Where
and when did you buy it, and why did you decide to make the purchase?

Did you ever rent a VCR or other hardware (a camera, for instance)? If so,
how often and why?

Yes I rented a LASERDISC player 1-2 times a month from these guys for years
